The cable socket assembly can be press fit into a 7\/16”\r\nhole drilled into rigid foam, wood or other material. The taper of the socket\r\nbody locks it into place, and the socket has a front flange to limit the\r\ninsertion depth and provide a finished appearance. (Batteries not included), 8\r\nAA cell batteries are needed for the battery holder. With new alkaline\r\nbatteries the light can be expected to have more than 12 hours of operating\r\ntime.
