Alexander Reeds DC Tenor Saxophone Reeds Strength 3
Alexander Reeds DC Tenor Saxophone Reeds Strength 3
Alexander "DC" was designed with the Big Band and Blue Note eras in mind. "DC" has a profile with more wood on the tip, heart, and sides than the regular Superial model. Superial "D.C." Reeds Tonal Concept of the Past "DC" has a slightly harder tip and more wood in the heart and sides than Superial and this produces characteristics of a darker, more powerful, more solid tone core, but an enhanced feeling of aliveness, a singing but deep resonance. Made from the finest of wild grown Var cane, each and every reed table is checked under light for flatness and hand adjusted if necessary.
