Global Fulfilment Network
SoundStore operates through a global network of distribution centres and trusted logistics partners to ensure fast, reliable fulfilment. Orders to Australia are shipped via reputable international carriers with full tracking. Depending on product type and availability, items may be dispatched from Asia, Europe, or North America.
Shipping Charges to Australian Addresses
All standard Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post eParcel. Standard shipping is free for deliveries within Australia unless otherwise stated at checkout. SoundStore reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for large, oversized, or commercial orders. Express delivery is available for an additional fee and will be charged according to the total weight and dimensions of the order.
Shipping Method
Australia Post eParcel is a door-to-door service. We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses and PO Boxes. When shipping to a business address, please provide the business name and a contact person at the destination. All deliveries require a signature. If no one is available to accept the parcel, a postal card will be left and the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office.
Processing & Dispatch
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of the order being placed. Items on backorder or that are out of stock may take longer to leave our warehouse; in such cases, we will notify you by email of any delay or change to stock status at the time of order.
Domestic Delivery Timeframes (Australia)

Typical delivery: 4–7 business days (may be longer for remote or regional areas).

Metropolitan areas in VIC, TAS, NSW, SA: approximately 5–7 business days.

QLD, WA, NT: typically dispatched from our WA warehouse — approx. 6–9 business days to metropolitan addresses.
If your order contains multiple items, some items may ship from different warehouses or supplier locations and you may receive multiple deliveries. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking and dispatch details when each shipment leaves our facility.
International Shipping Costs
International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight and dimensions of your order. To estimate shipping costs, add your selected products to the cart and use the “Estimate Shipping and Tax”feature at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Prices listed on SoundStore do not include overseas customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by your local authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier or customs authority prior to delivery.
SoundStore cannot be held responsible for any additional customs charges, clearance delays, or parcel refusal by customs. If you choose not to pay required import duties or fees, your parcel may be returned or abandoned by customs; in such cases SoundStore will not be liable for loss of funds or the parcel itself.
