Soundstore offers reliable international shipping to the United States, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and countries across the European Union. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order details, with pricing displayed in your local currency for complete transparency. If your destination is not listed, our team can arrange a tailored shipping solution—simply contact us for assistance.
Shipping Methods
We deliver to residential and commercial addresses, as well as PO boxes where supported by the carrier. For business deliveries, please ensure the business name and a contact person are clearly specified to avoid delays.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your order. If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions for collection or redelivery.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within three (3) business days. In some cases—such as high-demand items, specialised equipment, or backordered products—additional processing time may be required. Should there be any delays or changes to product availability, our team will keep you informed via email.
For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped either as a consolidated delivery or in separate shipments depending on stock location and logistics efficiency. Dispatch confirmations, including tracking details, will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other regulatory fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Soundstore is not responsible for any customs-related delays, additional charges, or actions taken by local authorities. Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded due to refusal to pay applicable duties or taxes. If such charges are declined, the shipment may be abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
For compliance reasons, we do not declare items as “gifts” or undervalue shipments to reduce customs charges, as this may violate international trade laws. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on applicable import regulations.
