DC Buck CVCC Adjustable Power Module, 12-95V to 2-90V 15A 400W High-Power Adjustable Power Module Voltage Regulator Converter
Description: It is an adjustable buck power supply module. It can be used to charge batteries. Special feature: 1>. By using a step rectification scheme, the efficiency is extremely high with a maximum efficiency of 96%. The output voltage and current are infinitely adjustable. 3>The input voltage can reach up to 95V, and the output voltage can reach up to 90V. Input anti-reverse connection. Positive and negative compounds do not burn. There is a soft start switch. Parameters: 1>.Input voltage: 12-95V 2>.Output Voltage: 1.5-90V Input output pressure difference: 2 V. Output constant current: 0.3-18 A (continuously adjustable). Output rated current: 15 A. Rated output power: 400 W. Input surge protection: none (overpressure prohibited). 8>.Working temperature: -10-65℃. 9>.Operating frequency: 120 kHz. Conversion efficiency: up to 96%. Short circuit protection: yes (constant current protection). Input reverse polarity protection: yes (MOS transistor reverse polarity connection). Note: Output current adjustment: set the multimeter or ammeter to the current position 20A or 10A, adjust the voltage of the power supply to 5A, turn the constant current potentiometer about 10 revolutions counterclockwise, adjust the current to the minimum, use the multimeter to short circuit - turn on the output and then adjust the potentiometer Cclockwise one one clockwise to adjust the current to the desired current value. Package: 1 x adjustable buck power supply module.
Product Features
- If the input voltage exceeds 36V, first set the ON/OFF switch to OFF, connect the cable and then set the switch to ON (to prevent ignition during wiring).
- This power supply is a downward power supply and the output voltage can only be lower than the input voltage. The efficiency depends on the input and output voltage, current and voltage difference.
- With natural heat dissipation, the power must not exceed 400 W and the current 15 A. If the output voltage is high and the input output voltage difference is large, please reduce the current to be used.
- The current detection of the module is a low-end detection. Please do not short the input negative pole and output negative pole directly with wires, as the current of the short circuit negative pole may not be constant, which may cause damage to the power supply and electrical equipment that requires constant current.
- If the current exceeds 15A and the power exceeds 400W, please add a fan for heat dissipation.
